1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the website northernproclean.ca (hereinafter « the Site »), you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Site.

Northern Pro Clean Inc. (hereinafter « we », « our » or « us ») reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. About our services

Northern Pro Clean offers professional residential, commercial, industrial and institutional cleaning services.

3. Use of the site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. It is prohibited to:

• Use the Site in a fraudulent or illegal manner
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Site
• Transmit viruses, malware or any other harmful code
• Collect or extract data from the Site in an automated manner
• Copy, reproduce or redistribute the Site’s content without written permission

4. Quote requests

Quote requests made through the Site are not firm orders. They are requests for information, handled within 24 business hours.

Process:

• You submit a quote request via the form or by phone
• We contact you to clarify your needs and, if needed, visit the premises
• You receive a detailed written quote
• The contract is confirmed once you accept the quote

No contract is considered confirmed until you have accepted the written quote.

5. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD)
• Prices displayed on the Site are indicative only: they are starting points
• The final price is confirmed in your personalized quote, based on the condition of the premises, square footage and frequency
• We reserve the right to change displayed prices at any time
• Applicable taxes (GST/HST) are added to prices
• Payment terms are specified in your quote

6. Satisfaction guarantee

If the result of a visit does not meet your expectations, let us know within 24 hours of the visit: we will come back and correct the work at no charge. This guarantee covers redoing the reported work; it does not constitute a right to a refund.

Any claim must be made within 24 hours of the visit. After this period, the work is considered accepted.

7. Access to premises and client responsibilities

• You agree to give us access to the premises on the agreed dates and times
• You inform us of any particular conditions of the premises (fragile items, delicate surfaces, pets, alarm systems)
• The information you provide for the quote must be accurate; a significant difference between the description and the actual condition of the premises may lead to a price adjustment, discussed before work begins

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — texts, logo, photos, icons, design and layout — is the exclusive property of Northern Pro Clean Inc. and is protected by Canadian intellectual property laws. Before/after photos come from real contracts. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

9. Privacy and data protection

The use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms of use.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• The Site is provided « as is »; we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We are not liable for damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Site
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites the Site links to
• Photos on the Site illustrate real contracts; results may vary depending on the condition, age and materials of the surfaces treated

Northern Pro Clean Inc. carries liability insurance covering its work. Any damage attributable to our visit must be reported within 24 hours.

11. Force majeure

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics or health emergencies, strikes, system failures, government restrictions.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ontario.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted to achieve its objectives to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in force.

14. Entire agreement

These terms of use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Northern Pro Clean Inc. regarding the use of the Site. Service contracts are governed by the accepted written quote.
